Mr. Colgrove became a Member in 2019, and manages the Tax Department. He specializes in tax for trusts, estates, corporations, partnerships and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Colgrove came to TIH in 2005 after starting his public accounting career in California. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA, and became a CPA in 2002. He is very active with the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, serving as Treasurer, and volunteers with the Computer Aided Literacy program.

Ms. DeGuzman has been with the firm since 1990. She specializes in small business accounting, QuickBooks, and tax for individuals, corporations, partnerships and not-for-profit organizations. Born and raised in Hawaii, she is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, with an AS in Accounting. She holds the Enrolled Agent designation from the IRS. She became an Associate Member in 2017.
